QUESTION?

I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE THE TRANNY WORKED ON FIRST OFF BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE CLUTCH PROBLEM SOLVE AND DIDNT REALLY HAVE TIME TO B/C OF TWO JOBS, BUT NOW HAVE BEEN GETTING NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS SINCE DAY ONE AND THE TRANNY IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. NOW, LATE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON HE CALLED TELLING ME HE FOUND A HOLE IN MY BLOCK SIZE BIG ENOUGH TO PUT A FINGER THRU. I BELIEVE THAT I AM GETTING RIPPED A NEW ONE. BUT FOR MY QUESTION JUST TO BACK ME UP, THE CAR RAN GOOD BEFORE I TOOK IT IN BUT DID NEEDED SOME TUNING DONE TO THE MAFT ONCE THE TRANSMISSION IS FIXED. IF IT HAD A HOLE IN THE BLOCK AS HE SAYS, WOULD IT NOT IDLE RIGHT AND THE TURBO NOT SPOOL UP, THE ENGINE AS WELL BE OFF BALANCED, AND WOULD THERE NOT BE FLUID COMING FROM THE BLOCK AS WELL? ALSO THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE AND WATER GAUGE READ GREAT BEFORE AS WELL. I EVEN DROVE IT THE DAY I TOOK IT AND DROPPED IT OFF PER LOADING IT ON THE TRAILER.

ALSO NOT KNOWING THAT WELL WITH THE LAWS HE TOOK MY FIDANZA FLYWHEEL OFF AND REPLACED IT WITH A STOCK 1G FLYWHEEL ( :nono: WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME FIRST :nono: ). HE SAID THAT HE DID THIS TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM WOULD STOP B/C HE THOUGHT THE FIDANZA WAS THE PROBLEM. AFTER DOING DOING THE CLUTCH SEEMED TO ENGAGED OK BUT WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SOMETHING THAT I HAVE POSTED RECENTLY ABOUT BROKEN AWAY PIECE FROM THE BLOCK TO HOLD THE TRANNY. HE SAYS THAT SINCE HE HAS IT IN AND THE CLUTCH WAS WORKING NOW HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT OUT, HE WILL BE LEAVING IT IN THERE. AFTER HE JB WELDED THE BELL HOUSING THAT WAS CRACK AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN WELDING PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE HE SAID YESTERDAY HE TIGHTEN THE BELL HOUSING TIGHTER TO THE BLOCK AND HE SAYS THAT THE JB WELD BROKE LOOSE AND THAT HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WELD IT TILL WEDNESDAY WHEN HE GETS IN A TIG WELDER AND HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE TRANNY TO DO SO (OF COURSE) AND IT WOULD COST ME MORE MONEY FOR HIM TO DO THIS AS WELL. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF THIS AND WHAT SHOULD I DO ; "GO AHEAD AND CALL MY LAWYER"?

FOR THE HOLE IN THE BLOCK I THINK HE TRIED TO WELD THE SMALL PIECE TO THE CASST IRON BLOCK HIS SELF AND NOT KNOWING WHAT HE WAS DOING HE BURNT A HOLE THRU THE BLOCK BUT THAT WHERE I CAN NOT SAY HE DID B/C I HAVE NO PROOF. i AM PLANNING ON GOING TO LOOK AT IT ON MY LUNCH BREAK HERE SOON TO SEE WHATS GOING ON AND I NEED MUCH INFO "ASAP PLEASE"
