No, cheap "fake" coilovers are too harsh a ride. Get true adjustable coilovers, or just get regular progressive springs.

That is, unless, you want a really harsh ride for autocross or something...
 
You mean for a show car? Yes for a shpow car they will do the job...but for the street or autocross or drag those wont help you at all...they would actually make your car handle worse.

the progressive springs could be debatable...anyway so what brand makes a good set of coilovers?? would i just be better off with eibachs and koni yellows?? thanks

Ground Control and Koni adjustables since your wanting to get coilovers. Or you could just go with a 1.2-2.0 drop and be happy and never have to adjust it.

Up to you. You have to answer yourself if you want adjustable or not.
