Are any of the leads to the CAS supposed to be hot?

I couldn't find a wire that was hot on the CAS harness (testing with a 12V test light anyway).

I'm trying to figure out why my car isn't getting spark when trying to start it.

OK, so I guess that would be a good reason for not getting spark to the plugs.

wonder where I should look for the reason that I have no juice to the CAS then....

so the CAS controls injector firing not spark? Or does it affect both?

Because I have to deal with the "NO SPARK" problem too if the CAS doesn't have somthing to do with the coils firing.
