- Originally bought my first DSM in 2006 after my first deployment (first manual car with a ACT 2600
). Bought a 2003 Evo in 2009 after my second deployment. Went sideways into a junction box that blew up arcing from the lower corner, to the b-pillar window and down to the passenger rear lower corner(don’t know how I survived that one). Totaled that, bought it back, then got screwed by “friends” taking parts and eventually selling it to one of the best body shops to rebuild a t-boned Evo(you would never tell). Too quickly bought a 2006 SSL Evo and then soon got out of the Navy getting rid of that. I first found a 230k mirage from the original owners son who had paperwork from 1990(still have). Eventually found the 1992 6/4 auto for $2k in 17. Daily’d it for a while. Took it apart, moved a bunch and life happened. I bought a house and it has sat in the same spot since 2019. It will run and it will hurt feelings. Also found a deal on 2 1990’s and quickly grabbed those and the horde of parts. I was going to make one into a Bolton fun car but the 92 needs my love.
