2G What 8 spline Transmission/transfercase is this from?

Hey guys long time no posting anything!
So long story super short I bought a 1g gsx last week no running no driving today I pulled the trans and case and this thing has a 2g trans "MUZT" supposed to be a 97-99 trans.
The part that's weird is the tranfer case output shaft and as well the tranfer case input (they have to match) is a 8 spline no 23 as a regular output - input
Anybody knows what's up with this?

Someone definately made that. Curious to see what the other ends of the shaft and coupler look like.
